I've played at Wembley, thanks to the JLS boys

The last time I met JLS, I was at a charity basketball match. We were all put on the same team and, they're not the tallest of guys, so the plan was simple - give the ball to Phil. It was great fun and we won the tournament as well.
They're a pretty cool bunch of guys, I've got all their albums and I've followed them closely since The X Factor so, when I was asked to appear in their music video for Sport Relief, it was an easy choice to say "yes" and a fun experience.
I've never been in a music video in my life and the fact we got to use Wembley Stadium for free for the night was pretty cool.
The concept of the video was making the country proud with an Olympic sporting theme. It ended with myself, the swimmer Becky Adlington and the gymnast Louis Smith waving flags as though we were at the Olympic opening ceremony.
But there were younger versions of ourselves throughout the video. The young Louis is in the classroom doing back flips, the junior Becky's staring at a goldfish bowl and the young me's got a headband on, hop, skipping and jumping on tables in the classroom and doing the same picking up a jar of peanut butter at the shops.
Sadly, we didn't meet the kids, who are all from a school in Enfield where I've still got a house but, judging by the video, they were amazing.
I'm going to be in the studio for the Sport Relief night next month. I'm not sure if they've got anything planned for me. Louis is a great singer but I'm not sure I could do the backing vocals. My singing is strictly reserved for me in the shower when no one's in the house, and I mean no one.
As for JLS's song Proud, I defy you not to like it. It's a catchy one - not like those irritating songs that stay in your head all day but in the way that you can't help getting into it every time you hear it.
As for Louis, he's a cool guy, too, and I don't know why but he always seems to be at the same events as me. Becky's just so talented - she's really got a special place in my heart. You sometimes forget that she's a double Olympic champion, and I'm expecting big things from her in London.
I love getting involved with Sport Relief. For one, it's great fun but more importantly there's a really serious message to it all as well.
They're trying to get me to do the Sport Relief mile and, for me, that's tough. As a triple jumper, that's serious endurance stuff but I'll certainly be in Birmingham or London starting one of the miles off at the end of March.
I got to talk to Chris Moyles about Sport Relief on the radio the week before last. He and Comedy Dave came down to Lee Valley, where I was for the day, to watch me train recently.
I was hoping they were going to be in their training gear but they arrived in jeans and big winter jackets, and watched from the sidelines instead.
That was the easy bit, setting the alarm for 5.45 in the morning to go on their show, now that was the hard bit. Wow, that was horrible, I'm not a morning person, well not that early in the morning anyway.
Right now, everything's building up to the Olympics.
I've decided not to do any indoor competitions this year - last year I did both Birmingham and Stockholm - but this time around I'm just focusing on my training, and my coach and I are working out my outdoor schedule right now.
It's a short season this year with the Olympics but it's going to be massive. I'm in great shape, better than I was this time last year.
JLS's Sport Relief single Proud is available to download from March 18
