Palace boss Warnock was furious with City's last-gasp equaliser, which came after the minimum stoppage time of four minutes had been played.
Referee Richard Beeby had played almost a minute over the time indicated by the fourth official, although that initial period is a minimum amount and does not take into account other stoppages.

Kicking every ball: Crystal Palace's colourful manager Neil Warnock
City skipper Jamie McCombe headed in a corner during the fifth minute of added time to deny Palace victory, and Warnock made his feelings clear after the final whistle.
"They go back to their jobs, referees, and give no thought about professionals like us having to work as hard as we've done tonight," he told Sky Sports.
"So what? It's only a penalty, it's only a goal, it's only an extra minute, I'm enjoying myself'. Dear me, it's disgraceful."
