Pamarot vows to fight for his place at Portsmouth after snubbing Hull switch

Portsmouth defender Noe Pamarot has snubbed a move to Premiership newcomers Hull.

The French defender cost Portsmouth £7m from Tottenham in 2006 but has fallen out of favour with manager Harry Redknapp.

Hull boss Phil Brown was keen to sign Pamarot in a £2.6m deal, but despite being given no assurances by Redknapp the former Nice full-back has decided to stay and fight for his place at Fratton Park.
