Pompey boss has no grounds for concern

Last week Pompey unveiled the scheme they believe will allow them to move from Fratton Park, their home since 1899, to a new 36,000-seater site next to HMS Warrior at the city's naval dockyard.

How it will look: Inside the proposed new Pompey stadium
Ambitious plans will soon be submitted for work to reclaim land from the sea as part of the project which has been earmarked with a 2011 launch date.
Pompey owner Alexandre Gaydamak wants to fund much of it by selling the Fratton Park site for housing and other buildings.
But Redknapp admits his own major concern is to keep building the squad which, in a year, has taken the club from the brink of relegation to the promise of a UEFA Cup place.
Redknapp said: "These players have done brilliantly. They have all played to their maximum and as a manager I couldn't have got any more out of them
"But if you want to progress in this division you have to keep improving. If you stand still you will be back in trouble again.
"The owner understands that. We need to make the same quality of signings this summer as we did last with people like Sol Campbell, David James, Glen Johnson and Kanu.
"I didn't spend that much money, did I? But it has got to be there again for us to progress because next season is going to be another hard one.

"The owner knows that we've got to keep building the squad because look at the rewards you get from staying in the Premier League.
"It is the only place to play now and if Birmingham and Sunderland come up they are going to have a right go and it will be even tougher.
"The new stadium is terrific news for the club's future but you don't want to end up back in the Championship playing in front of 14,000."
Redknapp reveals he has already identified some targets for next season, although his first move may be to turn French midfielder Arnold Mvuemba's loan from Rennes into a permanent transfer. The 21-year-old has already scored his first goal and made five league appearances.
He was an unused substitute in Saturday's 2-1 win over Liverpool but Croatian star Niko Kranjcar came on for injured Matt Taylor after 20 minutes and scored his first home goal to clinch victory - and almost certainly his immediate future at the club.
There were reports the player, a key figure in his country's bid to pip England for a place in the Euro 2008 finals, might go back to Hajduk Split, who sold him to Pompey for £1.8 million in August.
