Pompey on brink of Muntari deal while Harry fights for Sol

Portsmouth are closing in again on Udinese's Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari after his agent claimed only personal terms need to be resolved to clinch a £6m deal.

Stefano Antonelli insisted a deal has already been agreed with Udinese, who were asking £9m last season.

Antonelli said: "Udinese have already finished negotiating with Portsmouth, and with my help he [Muntari] will go to them."

Meanwhile, Harry Redknapp is keen to block Sol Campbell's move to Newcastle and convince him to stay on the south coast.
