Sevilla see him as a replacement for Daniel Alves, who is expected to join Barcelona, while Valencia want him to spearhead their UEFA Cup campaign.

However, Argentina international Jonas has been impressed by FA Cup Finalists Portsmouth's progress and is keen on playing in England.

Valued at around £6million he can play on either wing.
