Robinho 'will be part of Real Madrid's £64m offer' for Cristiano Ronaldo

Real Madrid are set to offer striker Robinho to Manchester United as part of a £64m package to lure Cristiano Ronaldo to Spain.

Madrid believe that the 24-year old Brazilian could fill the gap left by Ronaldo should he leave Old Trafford, according to reports in Spanish paper Marca.

The La Liga champions are also understood to be keen to limit the amount of cash involved in the transfer which, should it go ahead, would smash the world record fee of £46m Real Madrid paid Juventus for Zinedine Zidane in 2001.
