Rovers duo banned for crunch relegation clash

Hull KR have been dealt a double blow ahead of their Super League relegation shoot-out with Salford.

It means both players will miss the crucial clash with Salford at The Willows on Friday, August 3.

Salford are currently a point behind Hull KR but can lift themselves off the foot of the table with victory over Hull at the KC Stadium on Sunday.

Cockayne, who has missed only one match in the Robins' first season in Super League, was found guilty of a reckless high tackle while Morrison was punished for a careless high tackle. Both players, who were cited by the Rugby Football League's video review panel, were also fined £300.
