Paris bear pit will hold no fears for Ireland, insists Mike Ross

Mike Ross is backing Ireland to rescue their Six Nations campaign in the "bear pit" atmosphere of the Stade de France on Saturday.
The Irish need to end their run of only one win in the French capital in 40 years to keep alive their hopes of glory after the 23-21 home loss by Wales last weekend.
"We're disappointed with the way the game against Wales turned out," said Leinster tight-head prop Ross. "We've resolved this week to put right a lot of the things that went wrong. We need to step up and start delivering. Losing the way we did was hard to take but you can't dwell upon previous failures for too long.
"We have a chance to rectify what went wrong and we're keen to do that. Paris can be a bear pit and we can't afford to be off our game."
Stephen Ferris will travel to the Stade de France after being cleared of tip-tackling Wales lock Ian Evans last Sunday. He was penalised by England referee Wayne Barnes and yellow-carded, with Leigh Halfpenny kicking the penalty to win the game.
Ferris faced a hearing yesterday after being cited for the challenge in the final minute. Following analysis of video and consideration of his explanation, the three-man committee chose not to uphold the citing.
Ferris said on Twitter: "Thank goodness it's all over. Happy man."
France scrum-half Dimitri Yachvili will miss Saturday's game with a back problem, with Morgan Parra stepping in to replace him.
