Schools rugby: Great month for Caterham

A storming run by Caterham has moved them into second place in the Standard 1st XV schools rugby league.

On their way they defeated Cranbrook 17-15 in a gripping match which tested the nerves of headmaster Julian Thomas.

Unbeaten in regular fixtures, the team's only reverse was against John Fisher in the Daily Mail Cup.

On Wednesday (December 10) they take on Emanuel in what could be a record-breaking season for the team, who were undefeated at under-16 level.
