Fabio Capello has urged Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich to appoint Portugal coach Luiz Felipe Scolari as the club's next manager.
Abramovich asked the England manager's advice after Chelsea's defeat in the Champions League Final and was told to make a move for the Brazilian.

Chelsea's billionaire benefactor, who dismissed Avram Grant last week, is on friendly terms with Capello after hosting the England coach at several games at Stamford Bridge this season.
The Italian was also a guest at the Champions League Final in Moscow.
Jose Mourinho was confirmed as Inter Milan's new head coach yesterday, but fears that he may launch a raid for his old Chelsea players appear unfounded after Inter president Massimo Moratti revealed he wants to leave the squad largely untouched.
Mourinho signed a three-year contract with the Serie A champions. Ricardo Carvalho, Michael Essien and Frank Lampard have been touted as possible new recruits but Moratti said: "I have read lots of names but I have yet to speak with him (Mourinho) about the transfer market. I would like to change very little of this squad which has won so much."
Mourinho's successor Grant was sacked in part because he didn't play Andriy Shevchenko, Abramovich's favourite player, in the Champions League Final, it was claimed last night.
Dinamo Kiev president Igor Surkis, who claims to speak to his former star striker on the phone every day, said: "Everyone wanted to see Andriy playing in Moscow and it was very unwise of Grant not to give him a chance. It was one of the reasons the manager was sacked."
