Sheffield United expect to learn the outcome of their claim against West Ham for compensation over the Carlos Tevez affair in September.
West Ham were fined £5.5million but not docked points by the Premier League when found guilty of fielding the ineligible Tevez and fellow Argentina international Javier Mascherano during the 2006/7 season.
The Blades felt they were relegated unfairly on the final day of that season - West Ham survived following Tevez's winner at Manchester United - but lost their legal fight to be reinstated at the Hammers' expense.

The South Yorkshire club have since launched a legal fight to be compensated by the London club and Blades plc chairman Kevin McCabe told BBC Radio Sheffield: "It's down to the panel to make their award which should be in September.
"The formal arbitration hearing was concluded last month, but there'll be one more day at the end of July for further oral submissions."
The Blades' legal battle for a financial settlement is being heard by a Football Association tribunal.
