'Shouting' Jol is no inspiration, insists ex-Spurs star
03 September 2007
The former Spurs striker believes Ramos, who controversially met with the White Hart Lane board last month, is far better and bringing the best out of his top players.

Jol basher: Fredi Kanoute believes the Spurs manager should cut down on the decibels
"Ramos and Jol are two serious coaches but the Spanish man is closer to the players," said Kanoute.
"You can speak to him without problems but Jol is a more complicated character. I've done many training sessions with Jol shouting and I believe this is simply for him to demonstrate he's the boss.
"But I prefer a type of coach like Ramos. He develops entertaining training sessions but during my time there with Jol, I was bored.
"For me the rumours surrounding the two men are no surprise. Ramos would be able to work for Tottenham or any other Premier League club."
