Reading defender Ibrahima Sonko insists he has been falsely accused in his row with manager Steve Coppell.
The Senegal international's relationship with Coppell turned sour after the Africa Cup of Nations but the 27-year-old believes he is the victim of a dressing-room smear campaign at the Madejski Stadium.
Sonko, who has been told he has no future at the club, was banned from training and fined two weeks wages for refusing to play for the reserves.

Loyal Royal: Sonko feels hard done by
He told The Sun: "It all started going wrong when I got back from the African Nations Cup.
"Coppell said people had told him I was going out night-clubbing all the time. I was very angry.
"Coppell told me players had questioned my commitment. I couldn't believe it.
"I like a glass of wine with dinner and sometimes go out to clubs, but only if I have the next day free.
"I had been loyal to the club. When the Nations Cup finished I landed at 6am, went straight to the ground and played against Bolton. Does that sound like someone who is not committed?"
Sonko says matters came to a head in April when he refused to turn out for the second string against Spurs.
"I did not want to play because I was coming back from injury," he said.
"I told the coach and said I'd speak to the gaffer if necessary.
"The next day I got a letter fining me and telling me I was suspended. I was stunned.
"I won't ask to move. I've two years left on my contract, it is up to them. I've been loyal."
