Spurs defender Kaboul set to follow Tainio to Sunderland after agreeing personal terms

Younes Kaboul is expected to undergo a medical at tomorrow as he moves closer to becoming the second player to arrive at the Stadium of Light from this summer.
The 22-year-old centre-back is understood to have agreed personal terms to join Roy Keane's side, marking a dramatic turnaround after his agent insisted earlier in the week he would not be signing for the Wearside club.
Kab to Wearside: Younes Kaboul is set to become the second Spurs player to sign for Sunderland this week.
Midfielder Teemu Tainio has already signed from Spurs, while full-back Pascal Chimbonda is set to bolster Keane's defence. Steed Malbranque is the other Spurs player Keane has bid for.
Meanwhile, Paul Robinson's potential move from Tottenham to Blackburn could clear the path for England winger David Bentley to move in the other direction ahead of the new Barclays Premier League season.
Paul Ince is understood to have lodged a bid for Spurs' out-of-favour goalkeeper, who suffered a dip in form last season, and Rovers are prepared to let Brad Friedel join Aston Villa if a deal is struck.
Spurs have been interested in Bentley and the 23-year-old has been tipped to move from Ewood Park this summer but so far the two clubs have not announced a fee being agreed.
Both possible transfers have been treated separately rather than as part-exchanges but Robinson moving north would be interpreted as a positive sign of a deal being finalised for Bentley, who is valued by his club at around £18million.
Spurs defender Anthony Gardner looks set to join top-flight newcomers Hull, while strikers Dimitar Berbatov and Robbie Keane want to leave White Hart Lane.
Losing their main two attackers has led to contact being made with Zenit St Petersburg over Andrei Arshavin and they are also aware of David Villa's availability at Valencia.
