Spurs' new signings not good enough to worry big four, says Sky man Gray

Sky Sports pundit Andy Gray reckons have no chance of gatecrashing the top four of the Premier League this season and warned supporters not to expect miracles from Juande Ramos' summer signings.
The Spurs boss has brought in England winger David Bentley from Blackburn, Croatia international Luka Modric, goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes, Giovani dos Santos from Barcelona and young prospect John Bostock.
Russia playmaker Andrei Arshavin is also tipped to arrive at White Hart Lane but Gray believes the departure of striker Robbie Keane to Liverpool will come back to haunt the north Londoners.

Best buy: Gray reckons signing Bentley (left) is Ramos' sharpest move of the summer
He said: 'One day Spurs are going to break into the top four but I don't see it happening this season. Selling Keane is a big gamble and Bentley apart, I am not impressed with the players they have brought in.
'If I was a Spurs fan I would be concerned. If Dimitar Berbatov (linked with a move to Manchester United) goes I would be worried about a lack of firepower.
'Darren Bent has been scoring a lot of goals in pre-season friendlies but he seems to find it much harder to score against the big boys.
'I know Spurs have been linked with Arshavin but I think he has been over-hyped. I'm not a big fan of Modric either. He looks ordinary to me but I can only assume Juande Ramos knows what he is doing.'
Andy Gray will be commentating for Sky Sports throughout the season.
