Reports in the Bolivian press suggest that, with an initial bid from Spurs
turned down, Moreno was in Donetsk pondering a move to Shakhtar - but a second
offer from the London club has complicated matters.

The player's father, Mauro Martins, told facetasdeportivastv.com: "The first
offer from Tottenham was declined by the Cruzeiro board because they wanted all
the money in one go.

"Marcelo really liked Donetsk, but we are waiting as this new deal also seems
important.

"There is a chance to go to Tottenham, but only if they pay the whole fee at
once."
