Spurs watch £4m Norway U21 star striker Elyounoussi in race to beat Portsmouth, West Ham and Chelsea

Tottenham have been told they must pay £4million for Norway Under 21 striker Tarik Elyounoussi.

Spurs scouts watched the 20-year-old play for Fredrikstad on Sunday and the starlet - who was born in Morocco - turned down an offer from Chelsea to train with them last season, according to the Daily Mirror.
