Team spirit will keep us up, insists Reading supremo Madejski

The Royals are without a win since December 22 and travel to Everton at the weekend just one point ahead of Birmingham and the relegation zone.
Madejski said: "Whenever I speak to people within football, the one thing that is always mentioned as our greatest asset is the togetherness and application of our players.
"We have a group of players who work extremely hard and stick together. They put personal ambitions to one side and play as a team. That is what we require now.
"The same is true of everybody who works at the club - they possess the same positive, determined mentality and we all pull together as a united team.
"That attitude was largely responsible for taking us into the Premier League, and I believe it will also keep us here.
"We have seen time and time again that the players are fighters who respond to adversity in the best possible way - with hard work.
"The players also have a great deal of respect for the manager and will not want to let him down."
Madejski's show of faith comes in the week after Reading were beaten 2-0 at fellow relegation battlers Bolton, a result manager Steve Coppell admits "wasn't good enough".
Coppell has accepted full responsibility for Reading's current plight but vowed the fight is not over.
"I know it is not easy for the fans. If I had paid money to be on the terraces last week I would not have been happy about it," Coppell told Reading World.
"It is down to me. I am the manager. I'm responsible, I pick the team, I pick the way we play. If we are not getting the results then it is my fault 100 per cent.
"I still have great faith in my players and what the season has to offer. I can't be budged on that."
