Terry dumped: Rio shows more respect, says Fabio (even if he did miss a drug test)

Terry, who skippered the side during Steve McClaren's disastrous regime, was warned by England's ruthless manager that his behaviour — both on and off the field — must improve.
The Chelsea skipper was criticised for getting involved in the Ashley Cole bust-up during Chelsea's 4-4 draw at White Hart Lane last week — though it later became clear that, in fact, he had been trying to separate warring players.

However, Sportsmail understands that a picture of Terry's £150,000 Bentley parked in a disabled bay in Esher, Surrey, last week counted against him in the final reckoning.
Capello said: "A captain must be an example to follow in training and a leader during the game. I would also hope he would be an example, a role model, outside the game and in life.
"That's very important. Not just for the England captain, but for everything we, as sportsmen, show youngsters. I wasn't put under any pressure (by the FA) and all the decisions I have made — technical or otherwise — have been my own decisions.
"We need to be role models when we play for England and when we play for our clubs. Part of this involves fair play and respect towards the referee and the public who come to see the games. In that respect, we need to get back something we may be losing a bit. They are my choices. I've got my own eyes, I can see things and I can understand things for myself.
"I will have a permanent captain from August 20. Until then, John Terry has a chance to become England captain."
Capello continued the 'No Gifts' philosophy that has been the talk of the Italian management group since their arrival in English football by ignoring Terry's claims on the captaincy, but he will still be handed another opportunity to lead the team.
Steven Gerrard wore the armband in Capello's first game, a 2-1 victory over Switzerland at Wembley last month, and Capello will not announce the country's long-term captain until England play an August friendly as a warm-up for the start of the World Cup qualifying campaign.
Ferdinand gets his chance in the Stade de France this evening and he admitted that Capello's hard-line stance has impressed the England players.
The Manchester United defender, who himself has a chequered past, said: "The manager carries himself in a very respectful manner.
"We, in turn, try to carry out what he expects. Respect is a big part of being in an England team. It's at the forefront of people's minds at the moment after what has happened in the Premier League with players getting into people's faces.

"We're looked up to in society, so we've got to be role models and respect that people look up to us. We've got to show them the right way."
Capello, who will announce his starting line-up to the players at the Prince de Galles hotel shortly before they head to the Stade de France this evening, also confirmed that David Beckham will win his 100th cap this evening.
Beckham is likely to be named as a substitute but he will get a standing ovation from both teams and the 80,000 supporters in the stadium when he reaches the milestone.
Capello added: "Beckham will play a part. It would have been cruel of me to make him come all the way from the United States and not play him.
"I had him watched during games for LA Galaxy, I've had reports of his games in Asia and he is fit. I know him as a player and the contribution he can make to the game and for the team. That's why I called him up."
Capello will call a coaches' meeting at the team hotel this morning when England's general manager Franco Baldini and coach Stuart Pearce, who were at the Under 21s game against Poland last night, arrive in Paris.
The England chief will finalise his team to play France, who are among the favourites for Euro 2008, in his first big test as manager of the national team.
Capello added: "I believe I have a good group of players to work with and this will be a very important test against a top-level team, a very important match and something I will be able to draw conclusions from.
"We must take one step at a time, understand things and each other, and set out to achieve important things. It's not about setting specific levels. It's about gaining conviction that we can reach great targets."
