The club is really professional now - QPR star Hogan praises Dowie effect

Impressed: Ephraim
Queens Park Rangers winger Hogan Ephraim has welcomed the impact new boss Iain Dowie has had.
The midfielder said: 'It’s been hard work but that is what is needed.
'The boss is enthusiastic and puts in a lot of effort and energy — it’s the most professional the club has been since I’ve been here.'
Meanwhile Crystal Palace have withdrawn their contract offer to Clinton Morrison to
all-but signal the end of the striker's Selhurst Park career.
Morrison has been a free agent since the start of July and has not returned for pre-season training.
The Republic of Ireland international was offered a new two-year deal after top
scoring with 16 goals last season but manager Neil Warnock is no longer prepared
to wait for an answer from the 29-year-old, who has been linked with QPR and
Coventry.
'Clinton has not accepted our offer so it's no longer on the table. I assume
he must have found himself a new club,' Warnock said.
