(INSIDER'S RATING: 0/5 means this deal's pie in the sky. 5/5 and it's a done deal)
Garcia
Luis Garcia, Espanyol to Tottenham - The Insider says: 5/5
Despite late interest from Benfica, Juande Ramos will get his man for £6million - not £9m as has been reported - as the Spanish manager and his assistant Gus Poyet plan a tactical rethink at White Hart Lane. Ramos appears keen for his side to operate in a similar system to the one he employed at Sevilla, where the full-backs pushed on and the attacking midfielders played off a sole striker. Garcia will slot in as one of those playing off Dimitar Berbatov - if the Bulgarian stays.
Pennant
Jermaine Pennant, Liverpool to Newcastle - Insider says: 3/5
Anfield officials are eager to realise an optimum £6million price for the right-winger but may be forced to settle for a deal involving add-ons as Pennant will want a kick-back payment for leaving the Reds before his contract expires. Rafa Benitez is keen to ship Pennant out in order to bring in the funds he needs to improve his squad. Pennant is not of the required quality for Rafa - but he'll do for King Kev and the Toon.
Inler
Gokhan Inler, Udinese to Newcastle - Insider says: 4/5
The Italian club have offered the promising Swiss midfielder improved terms but Newcastle's executive director (football) Dennis Wise has reached an agreement with the player's agent.
A deal in the region of £4million will be done.
Ben Haim
Tal Ben Haim, Chelsea to Manchester City - Insider says: 5/5
City boss Mark Hughes has been looking at a few targets to strengthen the centre of his new defence - Chris Samba at Blackburn and a couple of Spanish options - but Israeli Ben Haim at £5million will do nicely. And the deal suits Chelsea too, who for once will see some money coming into Stamford Bridge this summer.
Bridge
Wayne Bridge, Chelsea to Portsmouth - Insider says: 2/5
Harry Redknapp is very keen to sign the England left back but will attempt to persuade Chelsea to accept a loan deal. The Blues, as discussed above, will take some cajoling as they want £5m-£6m for their second-choice full back. But the Fratton Park hierarchy are confident that either Bridge or Shaun Wright-Phillips will be a Pompey player for next season, at least.
Kennedy
Mark Kennedy, Crystal Palace to Cardiff - Insider says: 5/5
The Palace left-winger will swap one Championship club for another when his free transfer to the FA Cup finalists is completed today.
