KEVIN NICHOLLS has described his time at Leeds as the worst 12 months of his life and branded manager Dennis Wise 'a bully'. Wise, meanwhile, has signed Matt Heath, Curtis Weston and Leon Constantine.
SVEN-GORAN ERIKSSON has started his clear-out of players at Manchester City by making Danny Mills, Ousmane Dabo and Paul Dickov available for transfer. But the Swede is also ready to make his ninth signing by paying Palermo £3million for Australia midfielder Mark Bresciano.
SOUTHAMPTON have hit out at Derby after rejecting an 'unwelcome' £5million bid for Trinidad and Tobago striker Kenwyne Jones.
