Top South African jockey Kevin Shea has been booked to ride Clive Brittain's Tathkaar in Sunday's German 1,000 Guineas at Dusseldorf.
Shea has ridden over 2,300 winners worldwide and is based in Britain this summer to partner the select team of fellow countryman and highly successful trainer Mike de Kock.
Shea, 45, had his first ride in Britain when he partnered Spirit Of Sharjah for Peter Chapple-Hyam at Haydock last Saturday.

As well as riding work for the Newmarket-based de Kock, Shea is riding out for Chapple-Hyam and Brittain, and is hoping to pick up rides at the forthcoming Epsom and Royal Ascot meetings.
Shea, who spent five months riding in Hong Kong before taking in the Dubai season, said: 'I'll be over here as long as Mike de Kock is, probably three and a half months while we are preparing runners for the Dubai season and we will have a few runners on the way through as well.
'It has always been my ambition to ride in Britain, the facilities are absolutely magnificent.
'I have won most of the feature races in South African but eventually it comes to a stage when you have to move on. Racing went a little bit down in South African for a while.
'I'm really looking forward to the big meetings coming up and hope I can pick up a couple of rides. English racing is very popular in South Africa and I have watched it year in, year out.'
Shea, who rides Thundering Star in tonight's Henry II Stakes at Sandown, worked for De Kock for five years before a break, but hooked up with him again for the recent valuable Dubai season, where the pair's feature success was Sun Classique in the Group One Sheema Classic.
The duo also combined to win the Group One Audemars Piguet QE II Cup at Sha Tin in Hong Kong in April with Archipenko, who was formerly trained by Aidan O'Brien.
British punters should get a chance to see both runner in action here this season.
'I'm not sure where Archipenko will run. Sun Classique is in good form and if she is well enough I think they will run her in the Arc. She will here before that but they have scrapped plans to run her in the King George.'
