Tottenham target Kerzhakov admits he's not happy at Sevilla

Tottenham target Alexander Kerzhakov has admitted he is eager to quit Juande Ramos' former club Sevilla.

Ramos took Kerzhakov to Spain from Zenit St Petersburg a year ago, but the 25-year-old Russia striker has struggled to command a place in the Sevilla starting line-up since Manolo Jimenez took over as manager in October.

Kerzhakov said: "I'm not satisfied with the present state of things as I'm adamant to see more match time at the club. So I could change team and I want to continue my career in Europe."

Spurs boss Ramos is eager to bring in Kerzhakov to replace either Jermain Defoe or Darren Bent, both of whom are surplus to requirements.
