Tottenham's O'Hara convinced new signing Giovani will be a huge hit

O'Hara looking forward to linking up with Giovani

Jamie O'Hara is elated that new signing Giovani dos Santos has joined , and is convinced the 19-year-old Mexican will be a huge hit with Spurs fans and players alike.

The two have spent time together during Tottenham's two week training stint in Spain, and the midfielder spoke of the close bond the duo have already formed.

'I've been rooming with Gio and he's a great lad.

'We've had a real laugh already and I think we'll become close friends.

'He's always smiling, laughing, having a joke and he's got a heart of gold - he'll help you out with anything.

'His English is getting better and better and he's a great guy to be around.

'The lads have all taken to him well and he'll be a great player to have around,' O'Hara told the club's official website.
