Adrian Mutu has been ordered to pay Chelsea £8million after FIFA agreed the club were right to sack the striker for testing positive for cocaine in 2004.
It is vindication for Chelsea's 'zero tolerance' policy over drugs but the Romania striker says he will appeal.

The £8m represents the transfer fee Chelsea expected if they had sold the striker.
Mutu, who has resurrected his career in Italy with Fiorentina, is preparing for Romania's clash against France on Monday but his lawyer, Cristian Sarbu, said: 'This is a decision taken by a sporting tribunal. The decision can now be taken to a civil court.'
Mutu, signed from Parma for £15m in 2003, was suspended for seven months after the failed drug test.
