United planning to force out 'unqualified' Avram

The Israeli does not hold the required qualification to take charge of a Premier League club but Chelsea are hoping to gain special dispensation for their new boss.
Grant possesses a coaching certificate from his homeland but UEFA have yet to sign an endorsement agreement under which Israel can award pro-licence standard qualifications.
As a new manager, the 52 year old has an automatic 12-week period of grace before Chelsea need to ask for the permission of fellow top-flight clubs for him to continue.
United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is known to be a strong advocate of the qualifications and his club are expected to oppose any dispensation request.
The Premier League champions took the same stance against attempts by Glenn Roeder and Gareth Southgate, who took over Newcastle and Middlesbrough respectively, to manage without a pro licence.
But, on both occasions, United were out-voted 19-1 by the other Premier League clubs.
Roeder's case for exemption was based around his health problems, while Boro successfully argued that Southgate had had restricted opportunities to put in the hours for the course because of his international career.
But UEFA and Premier League rules still require anyone wishing to manage in the top flight to hold the pro licence, which requires 240 hours of study and usually takes a year to gain.
A Premier League spokesman said: "We have written to Chelsea to remind them of these requirements regarding these qualifications."
Southgate, now in his second season at Boro, said of Grant's situation: "Most of the older coaches were given special dispensation when the rules were first introduced.
"I'm sure Avram has nothing to worry about because he has the backing of his chairman Roman Abramovich."
Ferguson is subject to a special exemption from the qualification due to his long service in the game.
