United are the bookies' favourites to win the competition for the first time since 1999 after Carlos Tevez's diving header saw off Roma 1-0 at Old Trafford last night and 3-0 on aggregate.
But former Arsenal striker Henry dismissed the idea Barcelona are underdogs for the last-four clash, despite their stuttering form in Europe and Spain's La Liga.

On the run: Thierry Henry attempts to a trademark burst against Schalke
"United are a team in first place in their League and Cristiano Ronaldo is having an incredible season, so we know them pretty well," said the 30-year-old, who left Arsenal last year in a £16million move to the Catalan giants.
"They won't be able to surprise us. People will say they are favourites but nobody can really know.
"This is a game to get excited about, but we will have to play well against a team who are playing incredibly. They are on great form."
Despite the intense rivalry between Henry and United from his Arsenal days, the French striker insisted there is no lingering desire for revenge.
He said: "There is none of that (ill feeling). An Arsenal-Manchester United match is another thing, but this is a big game and we are going to fight to be in the final."
Frank Rijkaard's side stumbled into the last four after Yaya Toure scored the only goal against Schalke in Spain to secure a 2-0 aggregate win.

"I am happy to play these two games against United, I am sure they are too," said Rijkaard. "I will not talk about favourites, but they will be two great games and we'll see what happens."
Barca should have Argentina starlet Lionel Messi and midfield playmaker Deco available after injury for the first leg at the Nou Camp on 23 April, but central defender Carlos Puyol is suspended.
