DAILY STAR: Damon Hill last night slammed the decision to snatch the British

to remain host of the British Grand Prix after Donington Park amazingly won the

England's players from the spectre of the Zimbabwe issue. Frank Lampard has
stunned Chelsea by telling them he wants £150,000 a week.
DAILY EXPRESS: The man who stole the British Grand Prix from Silverstone says
his £100million rebuild of Donington Park will be ready for 2010. Also: Real
Madrid face a player revolt if they win their transfer tug-of-war with
Manchester United and sign Cristiano Ronaldo. Mark Hughes' hopes of luring

THE TIMES: A mystery investor has put up £100 million to help to seize the
rights to stage the British Grand Prix at Donington Park after a last-ditch
appeal to the Government failed to save the race for Silverstone. Also: It may
surprise Avram Grant, but Roman Abramovich has told a court that he keeps his
nose out of running Chelsea. Emmanuel Adebayor once told Arsene Wenger that he
would play for Arsenal for free. The fee for his services now is closer to a
six-figure weekly sum, but the Togo forward is aware of what it means to have
nothing.
DAILY TELEGRAPH: An offshore banking company owned by Sir Allen Stanford, who
recently signed a £100million deal with the England and Wales Cricket Board, are
facing an investigation in the US.
THE GUARDIAN: The British Grand Prix will be held at Donington Park from 2010
after the circuit's owners promised a £100million investment over five years,
ambushing their rivals at Silverstone, which has hosted the showpiece race since
1987.
THE INDEPENDENT: Roger Federer had the luxury of watching from the locker room
and must have liked what he saw.
