Yorkshire will face a trip to Gloucestershire in the quarter-finals of the Friends Provident Trophy after their North Division clash with Lancashire at Headingley was abandoned.
Skipper Darren Gough took three wickets for 17 runs as the Red Rose were dismissed for just 89 with Kyle Hogg (25) and Iain Sutcliffe (16) the only players to reach double figures for the visitors.
Richard Pyrah, Steven Patterson and Anthony McGrath all claimed two wickets apiece to help Gough dismiss the visitors in 31.2 overs.

Yorkshire reached 34 without loss in reply but only 4.5 overs of their innings were possible and a heavy downpour saw rest of the match abandoned, denying them the chance of wrapping up a victory which would have earned them a home tie in the quarter-finals.
The result meant the White Rose finished runners-up in the group while winners Durham will host Nottinghamshire.
Elsewhere in the division Scotland's match against Derbyshire was abandoned due to heavy rain in Glasgow without a ball being bowled.
Leicestershire claimed a 13-run victory over Nottinghamshire under the Duckworth-Lewis method to finish top of the Midlands Division.
HD Ackerman (37) and Boeta Dippenaar (33) saw the Foxes reach 147 for seven in 35 overs as Samit Patel and Graeme Swann both claimed three wickets apiece.
Notts managed to make 47 for three off 12 overs - 13 runs short of a revised figure of 60 - to finish runners-up in the group and land a trip to the Riverside on June 4.
The Foxes will host Essex, who suffered an eight-wicket defeat to Middlesex under the Duckworth-Lewis method in the South East Division despite 97 from Ryan ten Doeschate.
James Foster (43) and ten Doeschate shared a 120-run stand for the fifth wicket to help the visitors recover from to 61 for four reach 244 for eight as Tim Murtagh collected two for 28 off his 10 overs.
Billy Godleman hit an unbeaten 43 as Middlesex reached 120 for two before bad light stopped play at Lord's and the hosts were declared winners with no further prospect of play possible.
Elsewhere in the division Scott Newman hit a 37-ball 45 as Surrey reached 189 for five against Sussex before the match was called off.
Usman Afzaal (43) and Jonathan Batty (36 not out) also chipped in as Ragheb Aga finished with three for 53 before the heavens opened.
The result meant Essex finished as runners-up so group winners Kent host Somerset.
South African pair Andrew Hall and Nicky Boje led the way with bat and ball to give Northamptonshire a 99-run win over Ireland.
Hall was the mainstay of the Northamptonshire innings with a gutsy 72 as the visitors were skittled for 205 in Dublin.
And the Ireland reply never got going as spinner Boje claimed figures of four for 12 to leave the home side well short.
In the South West Division Gloucestershire remained top their group after their match against Worcestershire at New Road was abandoned without any play.
That meant Somerset finished as runners-up as their match at Cardiff against Glamorgan was hit by the weather with no play possible.
