Arsenal drawn against Spurs

Arsenal will face north London rivals Tottenham in the Carling Cup semi-final, with Chelsea and Everton squaring up in the other semi-final.

Arsene Wenger's youngsters secured their place in the last four with an impressive 3-2 win at Blackburn on Tuesday night and will face another stern test against a Spurs side who edged past Manchester City 2-0.

Last season's winners Chelsea are sure to face tough opposition in Everton, who have had an impressive season to date.

The first legs will be played on either January 8 or 9, with the return fixtures taking place on January 22 and 23.
