Aussies dismissed for 212

Australia were bowled out for 212 in the evening session at the WACA as India secured a 118-run first-innings advantage.

The hosts were 148 for five at tea but Andrew Symonds' sparkling knock of 66 from 70 balls ended when he was caught by Rahul Dravid at first slip off the bowling of India captain Anil Kumble.

Adam Gilchrist was next to go, succumbing to the extra pace of RP Singh for 55, and the same bowler also accounted for Brett Lee and Stuart Clark before Kumble removed Shaun Tait to end the innings.
