Beckham won't be risked - Lalas

Beckham has been in a race against time to make his Galaxy debut in a friendly against Chelsea as he looks to recover from an ankle injury.
And Lalas said: "We are not going to risk it if we believe the amount of time that he does or does not play is going to affect him further on down the line."
The 32-year-old was in Denver, Colorado, on Thursday night as a guest of Major League Soccer for the MLS All-Star Game against Celtic where he gave a live interview at Dick's Sporting Goods Park to match broadcasters ESPN Television.
Beckham said: "I've been having a lot of treatment but at the moment it doesn't look good, I'm afraid. The swelling's still there. I'm here for five years, I'm not here just for the game on Saturday.
"It's great that Chelsea are here with great players and a great manager but it's more important for me personally my ankle's right. Maybe I will play some part towards the end of the game if it's all right but we'll see."
The former USA international also insisted a decision has not been made on the former Real Madrid player's availability.
He added: "It's a big game, it's an important game, but guess what? There is going to be another one next week and another one the following week.
"There is a possibility that he is going to play and if there was no possibility that he wasn't then we would just tell you that. I think it's pretty clear."
