Bellamy wary of German threat

The Red Dragons can take confidence from their 0-0 draw in Germany last year but the West Ham frontman insisted it would be a massive achievement for them to take anything from their World Cup qualifier in Monchengladbach.
"It's a tough one. A lot of our lads played against them last year and got a draw, but maybe the Germans felt they were already qualified and took their foot off the gas. This is a huge task. Germany got to the World Cup semi-finals, and then the European finals this year," he said.
"People say this is not the best German side but they are doing really well in tournaments and they always seem to qualify with ease. To me, this is a good German side.
"We will be under pressure for long spells and when we do break we have to make the most of the opportunities. We must cause them problems when we do that."
Boss John Toshack expects to have full-back Gareth Bale available after a foot injury, while Carl Robinson and Lewin Nyatanga are overcoming minor knocks.
Toshack said: "This was without doubt the toughest game we will have to play in the 10 matches in this group, and that is with respect to Russia, Germany are different."
