Berbatov agent would discuss move

Emil Dantchev, Berbatov's agent, has stressed the 27-year-old is happy at Spurs and also insisted there has been no contact with other clubs, after suggestions in Italy AC Milan were preparing a bid.
"If there is any interest there has been no contact with his club," Dantchev told setantasports.com. "Milan is one of the biggest clubs in Europe and if there was interest we would discuss it with Dimitar."
Dantchev added: "At the moment Dimitar is concentrating on doing his job with Tottenham. There is plenty of time until the transfer window."
Berbatov is thought to have two years remaining on his current deal after arriving from Bayer Leverkusen for the start of last season.
Head coach Juande Ramos has described him as the best player not currently playing in the Champions League and earlier in the season valued him higher than the current British transfer record of £30million.
Berbatov has since helped Spurs end their nine-year trophy drought by defeating Chelsea in the Carling Cup final, with the Bulgaria striker scoring the equaliser.
Dantchev added: "He is happy but what I know from my 25 years in football is that if a player is happy somewhere, it does not mean he cannot be happy somewhere else."
Ramos expects to hang on to Berbatov, and said last week: "We want him to stay and if nothing strange or untoward happens we think he will."
