Bojinov on comeback trail

Manchester City striker Valeri Bojinov is scheduled to make his comeback for the reserves on Thursday.

The Bulgarian has not figured since August when he suffered a cruciate ligament injury, but he has made a good recovery and manager Sven-Goran Eriksson is now planning to give Bojinov a run-out against Liverpool reserves.

"He will take part in that, maybe for the last 20 or 30 minutes," Eriksson told the club's website, www.mcfc.co.uk. "It is looking much better for him. He is doing everything in training now."
