Boro agree Tuncay terms

Middlesbrough have agreed personal terms with Turkey international Tuncay Sanli as they attempt to find a replacement for striker Mark Viduka.

The 25-year-old forward, who is out of contract at Fenerbahce, will now undergo a medical with a view to completing a move to the Barclays Premiership.

Chief executive Keith Lamb flew to Turkey earlier this week to push home his club's interest in a player who famously scored a Champions League hat-trick against Manchester United in 2004.
