Botham, 51, to become Sir Beefy, has raised over £10m for leukaemia research and the Teenage Cancer Trust through 11 long-distance sponsored walks.
The former all-rounder said: "The most important thing has been the awareness (of leukaemia) we have achieved."

Director of football at Dunfermline, he has been involved in the game for almost 40 years, having also served the Pars both as a player and manager.
He said: "I can't believe it. The first thing that comes into your mind is who recommended me? Why me?"
Tommy Gilmour revealed the letter informing him that he had been awarded an MBE reduced him to tears. Gilmour, promoter of 24 world title fights, said: "I was ecstatic - and I still am. It's better than any knockout that I've ever been involved in."
