Chelsea threaten action over Sheva

Blues manager Jose Mourinho had been reported in European newspapers allegedly talking about Shevchenko's future, but the Barclays Premier League club have made it clear he has not given any interviews and they are now in the process of considering legal action against the media organisations involved.
A statement from Chelsea read: "Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho totally refute any of the comments that have appeared in European newspapers regarding Andriy Shevchenko. The manager has not given any interviews to any media outlets on this subject and the club and Jose Mourinho are now considering legal action."
A number of stories, allegedly quoting Mourinho, appeared in European and English newspapers last week. The majority of them dwelled on the subject of Shevchenko's future at the club.
But Chelsea have consistently maintained the Ukraine striker will remain at Stamford Bridge even though he has struggled to adapt to English football following his £30million transfer from AC Milan last summer.
