Jonjo O'Neill's Lexus Chase winner has been promoted to the top of the handicap after Paul Nicholls officially scratched Cheltenham Gold Cup victor Denman from the race.
The champion trainer had informed handicapper Phil Smith on Sunday night to give the official assessor time to adjust the weights.
David Pipe's Madison Du Berlais, who slammed Denman by 23 lengths at Kempton on Saturday, is second in the handicap on 11st 8lb.
Then on 11st 5lb comes Peter Bowen's Snoopy Loopy and Star De Mohaison, who carries the Exotic Dancer colours of Sir Robert Ogden and is from the Nicholls stable.
Others allotted 11st or more are Notre Pere (11st 4lb), Nozic (11st 3lb), Air Force One (11st 2lb), Cloudy Lane (11st 2lb), Afistfullofdollars (11st 1lb), 2006 Gold Cup hero War Of Attrition (11st 1lb), Chelsea Harbour (11st), Imperial Commander (11st) and last year's third Snowy Morning (11st).
Comply Or Die has been handed 10st 12lb, 3lb more than he carried to victory for the Pipe team last spring. Last season's Irish Grand National winner Hear The Echo was made clear favourite in some ante-post books after Denman's withdrawal and Mouse Morris' charge has been given 10st 11lb.
Dessie Hughes's Black Apalachi is also on 10st 11lb following his win in the Becher Chase over the National fences in November. Silver Birch (10st 6lb) has been given the same weight he carried to success in this race in 2007.
Gordon Elliott's 12-year-old has been sidelined since then, although he did make a triumphant return in his first competitive outing when taking an Irish point-to-point at the weekend.
Other interesting handicap marks of likely-fancied horses are last year's runner-up King Johns Castle (10st 10lb), 2006 Hennessy hero State Of Play (10st 8lb), Sky Bet Chase winner Big Fella Thanks (10st 7lb) and Butler's Cabin (10st 5lb).
