Dhoni: No repeat of Trent Bridge

Player behaviour was under the spotlight during a fiery victory for India at Trent Bridge last week - in addition to the infamous jelly bean incident, Indian fast bowler Shanthakumaran Sreesanth shoulder-checked Vaughan, overstepped by more than a couple of feet in sending down a bouncer at Paul Collingwood and sent Kevin Pietersen sprawling with a beamer.
"That was a yorker for me!" wicketkeeper Dhoni joked, attempting to make light of the latter incident. "Sree is a tough guy who plays good, aggressive cricket and even I don't know whether it was deliberate or whether it slipped out of his hand. He is the only guy that knows - but I am glad he said sorry to Pietersen."
He added: "Things like that should be avoided; if it was not intentional it was pretty accurate.
"But that is a thing of the past, you will still get to see good aggressive cricket at the Oval but I don't think things like that will be repeated. Nobody wants them to be repeated."
Sreesanth, who has been dropped for India's one-day commitments at the end of this tour, was addressed by both captain Rahul Dravid and bowling coach Venkatesh Prasad in the aftermath of the seven-wicket win in Nottingham.
But Dhoni said: "It is about the individual drawing the line, the captain can only say so much but the guy who implements is the individual. It is a very personal thing."
