Donald wants England job

Former South Africa paceman Allan Donald has revealed his interest in becoming the new England bowling coach.

The 40-year-old is currently involved with South Africa's high-performance programme but his contract is due to run out at the end of the month.

Current England coach Kevin Shine is set to take up an administrative role at the National Academy at Loughborough, and Donald told BBC Radio Five Live: "I'd be very interested. I would love to do that job, I think it's a very high-profile job."

He added: "With all the talent there is in England, around England, it will be fantastic to work with that, there's no question about that."
