England let frustration show

Fast bowler Stuart Broad was spoken to by umpire Daryl Harper after appearing to show dissent in the eighth over of the day. Broad was called for a wide by Harper upon sending a bouncer down to Brendan Nash from around the wicket, and expressed his displeasure at the decision.
West Indies had progressed to 385 for four midway through the session, with Nash unbeaten on 87, his highest Test score, and Shivnarine Chanderpaul 66 not out.
Their alliance was approaching its double century, in fact, and further increased the likelihood of this contest following the path of its two predecessors in the series and finishing in a draw.
Left-arm spinner Monty Panesar appeared to create an early chance but wicketkeeper Matt Prior failed to hold onto a suspected bottom edge offered by Chanderpaul on 56.
Meanwhile, West Indies captain Chris Gayle, who retired hurt upon completing his hundred on Sunday, has a grade one tear in his right hamstring and will be sidelined for between seven and 14 days.
He will, however, bat again in this match if deemed necessary.
