A late Tom Williams try saw Harlequins snatch a 14-9 victory over Gloucester and give their play-off hopes a boost as the visitors returned to the top of the table.
All Black fly-half Nick Evans scored a stunning solo effort early on to put the hosts in front at a sold-out Stoop.
But England centre Olly Barkley kicked three penalties to put Gloucester ahead in an absorbing encounter before Williams stepped his way over.
Leicester kept their own play-off bid on track as they smashed lowly Worcester 38-5 at Welford Road.
The 2008 runners-up led 17-0 at the break as prop Marcos Ayerza and wing Alesana Tuilagi scored tries and scrum- half Julien Dupuy kicked seven points.
Will Bowley got Worcester on the board but Ben Youngs, Sam Vesty and Matt Smith added further tries for the Tigers as they romped to victory.
