Sheffield Wednesday's tie at home to Derby has been postponed because of a waterlogged pitch and will now be played next Tuesday, January 22 - four days before the winners are due to host Preston in the fourth round. The playing surface was deemed unplayable following a pitch inspection at midday.

The replay between Barnet and Swindon at Underhill was also postponed, because of waterlogging, after an inspection.

Bury's Cup replay at home to Norwich was given the go-ahead after an inspection.
