Fox primed for international bow

Hull KR winger Peter Fox, 23, was the surprise selection when Smith named his 19-man squad for Friday's Gillette international against France in Toulouse.
"It was a shock when Tony rang me," admitted Fox. "It's a great honour but, if you had told me two years ago that I would be playing for England, I wouldn't have believed you."
He added: "This is a massive moment in my career. Since I was young, I always wanted to play for my country."
Fox came through the junior ranks at Leeds when Smith was head coach but could not force his way past Lee Smith and Danny Williams into the first team and joined National League part-timers York, his home-town club.
Two years ago he was snapped up by Wakefield coach John Kear and, after making a big impression in his first season of Super League, was lured to Rovers by coach Justin Morgan.
"I watched him develop at Leeds," said Smith. "He was enthusiastic and willing to learn.
"He was ready to play against men but he was behind a couple of good people at the time and I didn't want to limit his opportunities.
"I'd like to think it was the right thing for him at that time. He's gone on to show what determination he has got."
