Grant admits Blues future is uncertain

Avram Grant has acknowledged he may not be Chelsea manager next season.

Despite guiding the Blues to the Champions League final and second place in the Barclays Premier League, a number of figures including Frank Rijkaard, Sven-Goran Eriksson, Guus Hiddink and Roberto Mancini have all been linked with the manager's job at Stamford Bridge.

"If the club is not happy with me, no problem. If I'm not happy with them and I want to leave, I don't think they will make any problems either," Grant said.

He added: "But, for the moment, nothing happens. What is going to happen doesn't bother me.

"In football we know what happens. Sometimes the coach doesn't like the team, sometimes the team doesn't like the coach.

"You know when you are at a top club because when we won nine games in a row -- which we did to set a record -- and then we drew, it was a disaster."

The Israeli was appointed in September to succeed Jose Mourinho after the Portuguese's shock departure.

"We'll talk about next year after the final," Grant added.

"The target is to win the game, then we will talk about the future. But I promise you the future will be very good at Chelsea."
