Grant: 'There's much more to come'

The Blues boss saw his side ease their way to victory at Middlesbrough on Saturday with a beautifully-executed finish from returning striker Didier Drogba and a thunderous long-range strike from Brazilian defender Alex.
He said: "I cannot say I am disappointed after we won 2-0, but in the last games we have created many chances and we haven't scored from, say, 50% of the chances, so we can improve that. We want to play better football and to win games, we are on the right way."
He added: "But it is step by step. You cannot do it in one day, but we are in a good way, on the right way.
"We want to play like this - we can play even better. But what is important is from game-to-game we are playing better."
Grant took over from Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge promising to deliver the entertainment that the Portuguese's critics insisted had been missing previously, and he re-affirmed his commitment to that end after the game.
Grant was delighted to see Drogba allow his football to do the talking, although he insisted there was no problem between the player and his club in the wake of his controversial interview with magazine France Football.
He said: "I do not know why you say 'problem', he is not a problematic guy, and that's what is important.
"I don't know what will happen in the future, I can only say to you what I say to the players: for me, it is a great honour for the players, and also for me, to belong to a club like Chelsea.
"It is a great club and if someone has problems, their only way is to knock on my door and say what's happening, and then we will find the solution. Other ways, I don't like."
