Lewis Hamilton has revealed his determination to go one better than his rookie season and clinch the 2008 world title.

Hamilton was pipped to the drivers' championship by Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen after a dramatic Brazilian Grand Prix, and the 22-year-old believes coming so close will give him belief next time around.

"I wouldn't say it's given me more inspiration - it gives you more confidence to know that you can do it," he said. "I'm just as determined, if not more so, to do it next year."
